The Fraser Suites Bangkok is a luxury all-suites property of premium serviced residences developed by Chaiyos Land Development Co., Ltd.

Located within the heart of Bangkok on Sukhumvit 11, the Fraser Suites offers modern city living in 163 luxurious serviced apartments, surrounded by a network of amenities, shops and trendy restaurants.

Comprising studios to three-bedroom apartments, each features contemporary living spaces, fully-equipped kitchens and ensuite bedrooms.

EEC Lincolne Scott were responsible for design of the mechanical, electrical, sanitary, fire protection and vertical transportation services.

The serviced residences are managed by Frasers Hospitality, an internationally branded serviced residence management company.

The Fraser Suites Bangkok opened in October, 2007.
